We partner with the Conch Republic Marine Army to bring more people to the Keys and to these volunteer environmental cleanups. Up The Keys volunteers are usually the ones on the ground assisting the "water team". If you want to be on the water team, you can rent a kayak through conchrepublicmarinearmy.com for $30.

The Battle Continues......well past 100 tons. Now on our way to 200 tons of ocean garbage removed..

The quiet east side of No Name Key feels the pressure of natural garbage and pollution floating is as well as the dozen homes ripped apart by Irma. Pollution owns the shoreline and shallow waters. The Turtles want it back.

Over 1,600 of you have plowed over 9000 hours of blood sweat and smiles into cleaning up the marine world of our Keys. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, small skiffs, even home made rafts have taken the scratches to do one of the toughest but greatest jobs to do in the Keys. Saving our marine habitats is what we do. On a big scale.

Come join us at the far east side of No Name at the End of Bimini Rd. We can also launch from the end of Watson but be at Bimini Rd. by 9 a.m.... sharp please.

Thanks again to Kiki's Sandbar and Grille who will feed us amazing food.

Keys Vineyard watching over us........and coffee!

Winn Dixie, Kenny Lowe.....loading us up to cool us off.

Big Pine Key Kayak Adventures. Rent one here (×) link available soon.

It's one of the most amazing feelings leaving an event with new friends, sore muscles, and a feeling you are part of an army contributing to retaking our beautiful waters back.

We are the Conch Republic Marine Army......the critters of the sea and No Name Key hears us coming.

Voluntour Excursion Details

What you'll see & do:

Depart the island of Key West in our comfortable, air-conditioned 15-passenger van & Join a volunteer excursion to help uncover the beauty of the Florida Keys.
Hurricane Irma devastated our island chain, but you can help us find the beauty that still exists!

Examples of what we do:
  • Clean up residential yard debris on Big Pine Key - *UPDATE* yard debris clean-ups are finished! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped get this done!
  • Join local group marine cleanups
  • Clean up a beach on the National Key Deer Refuge
  • Help to re-grow & maintain the fruit trees at historic Grimal Grove
En route to our clean-up area, learn the history, culture, and ecology of the Florida Keys from your friendly local guide.
It's more like a road trip with friends than a tour - ask questions, point out wildlife, make new friends on the only land-based Eco-Volun-Tour in the Florida Keys. Look for Key Deer, Alligators, Turtles, Birds, and other wildlife while helping the Florida Keys recover and rebuild.
